Haven't had it very long, but so far very satisfied! It is very quiet and you can actually have a conversation while standing next to it without shouting! My son got it all set up for me and he was really impressed also. Already wants to borrow it to go camping. I bought it for emergencies. Really impressed! Would recommend!

Bought this for emergency power when outage occurs. Arrived today and I'm impressed by the way it's packaged, included accessories, ease of start-up, op manual that's easy to read, well planned. I don't have to read between the lines to try to translate what the pertinent info is. I'm going to put it through it's paces shortly and thoroughly expect it to perform well. Would probably give it a 5 star if I had run it today, but ran out of time. Deserves a 5 star if performance meets the design features.

Purchased to use with our camper and for emergencies. It was easy to unbox and setup. Just check oil as you fill to prevent overfill. Added gas and walked away for 30 minutes, came back and hit start button and fired right away. I'm looking forward to getting lots of use from it for camping and hopefully not for power outages!!

We bought this after looking at reports and reviews on a site. Bought this one mainly because it had the highest power rating and the lowest noise rating (52dba). While it is pretty quite, 52 dba is not as quite as I thought, but still, we could not hear it running from inside the house or on the other side of the house. We only plan to run this in a power outage, so I doubt anyone would complain during that time. I tested a bunch of stuff running at the same time: Refrigerator, sander, shop vac, and some lights. No problems with this load. The eco mode is nice. makes it run a little more quietly. We intend to use this to charge a couple of big batteries during a power outage. Those will be swapped back and forth for inside use. That way, we only need to run the generator long enough to charge a battery.

I bought this a couple months ago and have used it a few times. Runs good. Came without a plug inside the engine unplugged somehow. After nearly returning it I searched the internet and found it's a common problem - took about 20 screws out, found the unplugged choke cable, reassembled and it works good now.

Bought this after a recent hurricane extended power outages to be ready for the next one. Quiet, compact, portable, decent output and simple to operate. Only one minor issue on initial set-up.The engine cover had one screw installed so tight from the factory I stripped the head trying to remove it. Had to drill it out to remove and install a new nut insert and bolt.

Upgrading from two westinghouse 2200's. Hopefully this 4500 will provide longer run time with the camper. Easy setup(careful filling the oil up for the first time, it will not take 0.6L and make a mess.) . Fires right up and quiet. A slight variation in RPM at idle speed. Maybe this is normal. The operation panel is easy to use. Should be a great generator.

From the beginning. As per Instructions I "pour the entire bottle of oil into the engine" and a couple of ounces overflow on the floor. No problem, just some oil. I drained down to correct level. Fast forward to engine start.. It will not stay running. An hour and a half later I've taken all 4 sides off of the unit. Found 2 motor mount bolts about to fall out, checked entire fuel system to find varnished fuel in the float bowl, and the main jet in the carburetor was pluged. making the unit only run with the choke on. After cleaning the carb, tightening bolts and reassembling everything It runs fine. Hooked up to the camper for a couple hrs. with lights, A/C, and Microwave running... All was good. However, I need to have the Illuminated Power switch on the Control Panel in the "ON" position to have the unit work with the Key Fob Remote. The Instruction book only mentions that Switch if you pull start with the rope, or use the start button on the panel. Maybe I need to look inside for something unplugged. Bottom line, when you get it running it performs quietly. But, the folks on the assembly line need to step up thier game.

After reading some reviews apparently mine was finished on a Wednesday I have had no issues started up first time with a remote ,push button ,and pull start. I had a friend that had the same one absolutely loves it .That’s why I purchase this one ,so far so good very happy with its performance at our off grid property in the wood.It’s super quiet and ran it Friday,Saturday,& Sunday at the camp and burned 6.5 Gallons 2 campers just necessities no A/C unit this weekend was cool ,but I did run the air just to test it’s operation and it handled it no problem.Digital information is awesome and gives instant feedback once a load changes, Fuel economy, run hours at that load.

Did a lot of research trying to find a generator for my camper. Never have had a generator before but I wanted to make sure I did my research to make sure we were not disappointed on a camping trip. The generator fits under my bed cover which is awesome. I did a test run on my 30 amp camper so far so good. Running my ac unit with all the lights tv on it was running at 50% capacity. So far I am very pleased with performance and it is quite. Again, this is my 1st generator so I have not been around a very few but the ones I have been around seemed to be much louder than this one. Super excited so far!
