The iGEN4500 came in after 4 days and opened it yestrday. Very well made and after following the instructions, it powered immediately. Easy to operate and after 4 hours turned is off. I am satisfied with it. I should have rated it 5 STARS but due to its weight, I only rated it 4 STARS. I will buy another one that I can just carry in and out of my Pick Up truck.

I've only had this for a few days but my racing neighbor has one and it seemed to work awesome. He did have his die after about 500hrs but westinghouse warrantied it and sent him a new upgraded version. I have the upgraded version as well and hope to have a trouble free ownership. Can run the A/C, fridge, and the air compressor at the same time or the heat and coco maker at the same time.

Hello! We bought this generator for our new trailer Imagine XLS 22MLE. We needed it to run the air conditioner and a few other things. We just love it! My wife and I live in mariposa California the last storm dropped a big oak tree across our driveway. Pulling down the powerline. PG&E could not get here for two days, so we pluged in our generator, which promptly quit on us! I immediately got online and went through numerous reviews and decided on a Westinghouse inverter generator. My wife and I are extremely happy we did because this thing works amazing. Started on the first pole and runs nice and quiet, unlike our old conventional generator it also supplies, the perfect amount of power that we need. We’ve used it three times so far and are extremely happy with it!

Great generator. Great value. In the box comes oil, a funnel, and a tool kit. Just provide the fuel and you are good to go. This thing has been great. Make sure to read the instructions!! You need to break it in at less than 25% load for 5 hours before you really use it. Also a fuel stabilizer is recommended. Treat it right and it will treat you right!

After alot of research we bought the westinghouse iGen 4500. The box was damaged but the contents were still well protected with no damage. Followed the directions for fluid filing and battery connection and it stated right up. Did the 5 hour break in and then tried it on or camper. Quietly runs our 15000. Btu ac and all electronics. Very happy with this purchase.

Did a lot of research trying to find a generator for my camper. Never have had a generator before but I wanted to make sure I did my research to make sure we were not disappointed on a camping trip. The generator fits under my bed cover which is awesome. I did a test run on my 30 amp camper so far so good. Running my ac unit with all the lights tv on it was running at 50% capacity. So far I am very pleased with performance and it is quite. Again, this is my 1st generator so I have not been around a very few but the ones I have been around seemed to be much louder than this one. Super excited so far!

The iGen4500 is a beast with many excellent features, including electric start and remote start. Plenty of power for my needs at this point, plus the option to run a second iGen4500 in parallel to double the power if needed in the future. Very quiet - great for camping or for extended power outage from a hurricane.

I bought this on 4/5 and it showed a couple days later. It fire up when i put oil and gas in it the very first time. I took it camping and had issues with the choke like most of these have I took it home and tore into and found the plug behind the control panel wasn't routed correctly,rerouted over top of the loom and works perfectly.

Data panel malfunctioning. No fuel quantity or time remaining info. Just purchased for 4th of July outing. Started right up and ran 15 hours. Power output seems a bit low as I can't pull all equipment off generator that I can on 30 amp shore power service. Customer service seems responsive so far, so I will update this after I get warranty service, though it is frustrating to reload this new (heavy) gen back in the car and drive it 100 miles to a service center. Also quite irritating that the cover is no longer a bonus item though it is still sold on Westinghouse website. The literature in the box still says a cover is a bonus option for reviewing your purchase. Who wants a powerstrip? Not a great idea to disappoint a customer about to write a review....
