Love it. I bought two weeks ago. I have used it for two weekends to power my camper. I ran AC, microwave and coffee pot at the same time and was super quiet. The unit idles up during AC start up but quickly idles down even with the 15k BTU running. I would certainly recommend at this time.

As other reviews stated this thing started on the second pull, right out of the box (after adding oil). Is also quiet. Will be putting this up against my bro-in-laws Honda EU 3000 next time we're out camping with the RV's. I feel he's going to lose, this is a 4500 watt and cost less than half. So far i'm a happy camper

so I'm not going to lie when I first bought the unit I was super mad because it was leaking gas. I got my mechanic skills going and notices the carburetor valve was not tight so I turned it and not the generator is working like a champ. Can't wait to see what this bad boy has in it.

Right out of the box I knew I was in trouble, my 4500 flooded with fuel and the auto choke was not working, could not start unless I used Manual choke. I sent this issue into the tec boys at Westinghouse and they really came thru. They sent me a e-mail that explained some time the wiring gets disconnected from the back of the starter housing "motherboard". It did take some dis-assambley to reach it but once reconnected the unit roared to life, can't wait to us it in the field. Thanks again TEC guys. Mike W.

This generator checked all the boxes for me including wireless starting, quiet, large fuel tank. Because of my extensive research I was well aware of the problem with the auto choke. Since I am capable of fixing it, I went ahead and bought it. Mine did have the problem with the disconnected auto choke wire as well as my connector was broke. After I fixed the connector the generator ran fine. I did the proper break in which includes installing a magnetic oil dipstick and running the generator under various loads drain oil and repeat. The pictures below show the metal particles that were collected by the magnetic dipstick during the break in. Look forward to many years of service.

Bought this less than a year ago and used maybe 4 times after following the break-in instructions then just quit and wouldn't start. Customer Service believes the "TCI" needs replaced and is sending it to me. We'll see how that goes but so far I'm happy with the service.

Easily one of the best generators on the market. Super quiet, powerful, and efficient. And you can buy 2 of these for the price of a lesser optioned eu3000i. The remote start and auto choke make starting it up in the morning as easy as pushing a button from the warmth of your bed.

First unit was damaged in shipping but not to the point that should have impacted performance. Electric start didn't work, choke was stuck on, way under powered, ran very rough. Still with all its problems it pull started easy and got the job done. for weight and price next time I will go with two i2000 and a link cable.

Was a little concerned about the size of it when it was delivered, but it's protected very well in its box. Instructions are great, easy set-up and started up right away using the supplied battery. Fit and finish is nice and it runs smooth and quiet for the size (iGen4500). So far very happy.

Started on first try. Runs very quiet. Bought this for home backup power for refrigerator, lights, tv, etc. Have not had the chance to test it fully yet but liking it so far. Remote start is nice as well. Having the pull handle and wheels is really convenient..
