Bought an about a week ago. Worked great right out of the box. Loaded in back if truck took to job and started using it all day. Saws , nail guns and miscellaneous construction tools. First weekend took it camping, plugged in to camper no problems at all. Wish I would have bought one like it years ago.

I'm currently in the break-in phase with the generator but to make sure it's working as it should. Switches between gas and LP seamlessly, and I can power my camper's A/C on full-blast as well as a circular saw at the same time. Quiet too. Very happy with this generator.

I recently purchased the IGen5000Fcv inverter generator. This generator kept our critical systems going during a two day power outage due to Tropical storm Debby here in south Georgia. The generator ran flawlessly. I like the option of dual fuel and the inverter is a really nice addition. Very happy with this purchase and am confident it will last a long time.

This would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the choke not being plugged into the control board as the unit would not start after following the start up to a T. I went on You Tube and found that these units are being shipped out without the choke being connected, I opened up the unit and plugged it in and it started on the next attempt. I hope this isn't an indication of things to come. It surprisingly quiet

A known issue with this generator is that one or two of the plugs in the starting circuit come loose if the generator is handled roughly. My box looked like it had been thrown down the stairs. I had to perform my own field maintenance to get it to run. It then started right up and runs quietly. I would buy this again, knowing that I may have to fix it. GE should fix this problem.

I purchased the iGen4500 for our fifth wheel trailer and expect to purchase a second to run in parralel for a home back up. So far, thru break in and initial run in and test, the generator has not disappointed. The manufacture, fit and finish, and overall quality is impressive. First real test in two weeks. jh

We bought this generator last week. We used it to run the A/C on our new cabin cruiser boat. It ran for 15 hours and we had to shut it off in the morning because it still had gas to burn. We are very pleased with the power and how quiet it is. The remote is an added bonus.

I bought this generator yesterday and found the break-in procedure easy to follow and execute. The generator performed great in its 1st 5 hours of break-in loads and use. Love the features especially the ease of mobility. Looking forward to many years of good operation.

This is the 4th Generator purchased, have been purchasing for friends after my original purchase 1+ year ago. Found no major issues and all have been running great. 1 exception was one of them was having issue starting, after investigating found that the automatic choke wire became un plugged. Plugged back in and everything has been fine. Remote start is a great included option.

I bought this a few days ago and am very pleased. It starts right up, is very quiet and powerful. This is well made and is easy to service, except for oil changing, which would benefit from a larger access door. Evidently the auto choke starting problems (wire disconnected from factory) have been resolved at the factory level and all is well. I highly recommend this generator.
