It was a few days late on the delivery but not a big deal. Unpackaged the generator and reviewed paperwork, fill will oil, put gas in it and it started almost immediately. Runs quite and its smooth. I'm an old guy so its a little heavy for me but the pull out handle and wheels makes it fairly easy to move around. Love it so far..

My husband and I bought the iGen4500 on October 7, 2021 and we were so glad when we to start it up using the quick start guide included with the quiet portable generator. We plugged in some equipment and were pleasantly pleased. We love the indicator panel that gives us all the info we need to use it safely and effortlessly. We read some reviews before buying and we weren't disappointed. I will highly recommend this compact easy you move about powerful and quiet generator to anyone who needs an effortless power supply for camping, emergencies and remote locations. I'm impressed with the feature set - electric, remote start, LED information center and the fact that it is very quiet as advertised. I did the 5 hour break-in run and changed the oil 3 times with no issues. Ready for the next hurricane. My primary dissatisfaction is with the documentation. The included manual front panel documentation is totally different from the unit I have. I found a manual by searching with google that is very similar. But I still was not able to find the serial number. The only number I could find was a scan code near the bottom of the cabinet. Still not sure that is the actual serial number.

Used various generators throughout the years as a firefighter. This generator seems to be almost as quiet as the 2200 watt red generators which name starts with the letter “H”. After adding oil and gas this generator started immediately with the push of the start button. Starter battery was fully charged straight from the box. Overall this unit appears to be built solid and I expect it will provide many years of reliable service.

Bought this for our travel trailer. Great purchase runs everything in our trailer. Love the key fob, easy start from inside the trailer. Another great bonus is the pull handle, makes it easy to move around. The quick setup was so easy, simple instructions add oil, hookup battery and add fuel and you are ready to go! Simple!

Got my iGen5000 a month ago and I've put 15 hours on it so far. Works just as advertised, and I love the key fob start/stop. Only problem is the fuel gauge consistently reads about 40% the actual amount of fuel. Other gauges in the data readout that use the fuel gauge also affected.

We have truly enjoyed this generator to cool and supplied lighting to our Ministries mobile closet. We have had it a few days over one year and Now that it’s out of warranty, we are having issues. Hoping that it is something minor so we can get our ministry closet back on the road.

Meets all of my needs. Handle makes moving it very easy. Very quiet. Wheels could be a little wider making it easier to move in soft soil or sand. The remote feature is WONDERFUL as I use it for my RV. The display provides a lot of useful information.

The generator is SUPER QUIET! Set-up was very easy too! Pulled it out of the box, connected the battery, added the oil and gas and it started right up using the electric start. Tested remote control and that worked perfectly as well. Hoping this will last us years for our camping trips.

Great features like having wheels to be moved easily. Extremely quiet operation, easy to setup and use and the remote control feature is convenient! Been researching these inverter generators for months and glad I purchased this brand and model. Additionally, you can connect two up at once for even more power if needed!
