Arrived at our residence sooner than projected. Assembly was straight forward; instructions were succinct with sketches which reinforced the assembly process. One person - about a half hour. Massive storage capacity and exactly what was expected and needed for garage storage.

We got this a month ago to replace our old cushion holder. This one is larger and easily fits 4 thick lawn chair cushions with spare room at the end for pillows. It is much sturdier than our old one and I love how the cover closes easily and completely. It holds up easily when you need it open too.

The first chest we purchased a couple of years ago in the store. We needed another one and since the first was just what we needed, we knew we wanted another one. We purchased our second chest from Sam's online store. Not as good as the first one. Lid doesn't fit right at one corner and afraid it is going to allow rain to get into the chest. If this second chest worked out as well as the first one, YES we would recommend it to a friend, but would not recommend the second chest....

I purchased one from you 3 years ago and ordered a second because the one from Lowe’s kept falling apart so I wanted another lifetime. Watched a YouTube to assemble which helped. I’m super happy with this item . I would highly recommend. The product is sturdy and somewhat easy to put together..I actually like putting things together.

I purchased the 130 gallon chest over 2 months ago. When I finally found the time to put it together there was a defective part but the customer service rep went beyond what I expected to make sure I got replacement parts. Once received, the box went together quickly and easily. I'm a very happy customer.

Easy to assemble with the help of 2 You Tube instructional videos. Perfect for storing BBQ tools, patio chair and table covers etc. Lockable lid is a good feature. Lid is the trickiest part to attach, but does not require 2 people to do it. Caution against over tightening screws and bolts into the plastic.

The box would be great were it not for the difficulty in putting it together. Both side pieces were warped, making it VERY difficult to snap the box together, and I'm slightly concerned that, because of this, it will fly apart if we fill it too full. Some of the hardware was difficult to install - multiple size bolts and screws requiring multiple tools, screws in hard to get at locations, and tough plastic burrs that needed removing before being able to fit the bolts. But the warped pieces were the real issue. I guess this isn't a common problem, since most reveiwers say it is easy to build but, for the price, I would have expected better.

Took me about an hour to assemble. Went together great. Two people recommended. I recommend using a combination of the video instructions and the printed manual. I found both to be inadequate on their own, but in combination you can make sense of each step. Only two negatives I see at this point. Couldn't tighten screws as much as I wanted because the plastic doesn't have enough integrity to allow them to be torqued down much at all. Other thing is the lid. It doesn't snap down very much at all, so it is not a tight seal. That being said, the way the lip is designed I think it would be difficult for water to get inside even in very hard rain. But, I still wish the lid was more snug to help keep any moisture out. My thoughts are this is not going to keep the contents 100% dry. I believe residual moisture is going to get in, but not direct rain and hopefully no puddling inside. We'll see.

I puirchased two Lifetime Heavy-Duty Outdoor Stgorage Deck Boxes (Model: 60012) almost six years ago. They are outside in the pool area and look as good as when I bought them. Being in Florida, we have a lot of humidity and salt air so I am replacing the metal hardare to make the boxes almost brand new. We keep pool chemical and pool equipment in one box and pool toys and accessaries in the other. We are extremely pleased with our Lifetime storage deck box purchases! The customer service agent that assisted in ordering the replacement hardware was outstanding. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

When Fedex delivered the box that this deck box was in the one end was opened. All the hardware was missing. Only the large plastic sides, bottom and cover were there. I called customer service. Had to wait forever for someone to take the call, however once they did they were great. The representative understood what happened and said that he would send the hardware to me. The parts arrived the very next day. I have never had such a good experience with customer service anywhere before. I would say this is a service minded company and because of this I will buy from them again as often as I can.
