I’m happy with my purchase but I thought I bought a membership and then I found out it’s only for 24 hours I’ve contacted y’all several times with no no reply

We have had the bed about a month. So far I love it. I sleep better, my husband snores less. the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is shipping is rough. the boxes were damaged, but we were lucky that the beds were not damaged.

I love this! I’ve had it for 2.5 years. I lost my remote and Sam’s put me in contact with South Bay and they sent me a new remote! But what’s even better is that there is an APP for the remote!!! Search for Members Mark Adjustable Base.

Wrote, phoned (many times), and was promised a replacement remote. Never a follow-up. Apologies galore when I phone once again, more promises, no follow up.

I bought the queen adjustable base 2 years ago and I am still so happy about this purchase. Ive seen similar products for twice as much so it is also a great deal!

I have a question on this adj base. I was wondering if it can be bought in a king that is not a split king. I have a king mattress but its all in one. I would prefer that the base be the same.

Received this adjustable queen bed base on May 20, 2023. The massage feature is simply a vibration in select areas. The pillow tilt that is shown as part of the features is nonexistent on the remote.
