The bed is loud when using that massage feature and the remote app does not work. Also the frame is not straight.

Love this base. Haven't tried the massage yet, but I will. I like the fact that I can use my phone to adjust it when I can't find the remote.

Love my purchase. My mattress I have works great with my new adjustable bed but later would like to update to a nice softer one.

Bought for the adjustable base. Usb power supply and massage were just an extra. Only down fall is the massager is a little loud.

I liked how you can controll all with a remote or with an app on your phone. Very comfortable modes. The price is affordable too for such quality.

The Queen Premier Adjustable was easy to install and is working great after 2 weeks. Good price. Time will tell how good it is.

You can spend more, for a thicker base, but I had no intention of not adding a mattress! This does it all, for less!! Love it!!!
