This adjustable base COULD be a good value. The frame feels solid and I was very happy with the features. The first sign of trouble was that the app you can supposedly use with the base was utterly useless and hadn't been updated in year. I read numerous review for this base and the cheaper one stating that the remote stopped working, rendering the base useless. I specifically bought this model because the app was advertised, and I was very disappointed to discover that there was indeed no working app. Unfortunately, less than two months after getting the base, it stopped responding to the remote. We called to get support and were told to re-pair the remote and control box, but the instructions did not match the product. I wanted to just swap out the control box and remote for new ones, but that isn't an option. All I an do it get a refund or replacement. Both options require me to take the bed apart and find a way to transport it. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer.

I’ve only had my adjustable base for about 3 weeks now but I must say so far so good it was a great decision to buy. I love the fact that I can literally push a button and just lay here while my bed does the rest. I certainly would recommend this product to everyone.

It worked wonderfully for the first year, then battery went out on the frame and even changing it out wouldn’t make the bed lift, vibrate or do anything it’s designed to do. It says there’s a 10 year limited warranty so we’ll see if this is actually honored. However, this product has been disappointing thus far. If it breaks with limited use after a little over a year. Im not impressed!

The first bed frame had legs that went in nicely. The second bed frame not so lucky... I need to retap the frame hole to accept the leg screw. Those two holes are too small for the screw in legs, no of them fit... So I got to go to the hardware store etc....

We bought this a couple weeks ago after months of reviewing and research. This way by far the best price and seemed to have all the features of name-brand competition that was 3x the price. SO happy with this purchase, SUPER easy to put together too! My husband and I had this in place and bed re-assembled in 30 minutes or less. It arrives (and is pretty heavy!) assembled in the box- simply screw in the legs and mattress retainer and flip. Works like a dream and the Zero G is heavenly! I thought the massage feature would be meh, but it is so nice after a long day on my feet and like sitting in a massage chair!

We have had this queen adjustable frame for a little over two years now. This frame cured so many of my back issues. The construction is solid and holds up structurally. The only reason I now rate this at three stars is a series of annoying squeaks from odd places on the frame when you roll over or sometimes just move your leg. Outside of that a great price for a descent product.

I have the queen premiere and on top the 12” molecule mattress and 1 year and some months later I’m still impressed at the features this adjustable frame has. I have NEVER slept better in my whole entire life like I have since having this pair. My back is better and when I’ve overworked my body I can’t wait to get home to my bed to “heal”. The pros are endless, there are no cons imo it’s everything I hoped for when I searched for this frame. No issues. I haven’t had to even changes the batteries yet!! If you’ve been searching or wondering about an adjustable bed and looking at my review stop looking for another, don’t worry about buying an adjustable bed, this one my be cheaper than others but let me tell you, it has all the bells and whistles and does the same as the more expensive ones. I’m lying here making second review because I think it’s fair to do follow ups especially a year later. Buy this one you won’t be disappointed.

I've had my bed for 2 months now & I love it. I will never go back to a regular flat bed... My only concern is that after only 2 months of daily use it went nuts on me. When I hit the button to raise or lower the foot area starts and stops and starts and stops... I can live with that... BUT, now the massage feature comes on randomly and ypu can't shut it off right away. It scared the daylights out of me lol... Imagine being sound asleep & being awaken by the vibrating bed. I thought the house was shaking & it was an earthquake lol... I didn't read anyone else with a similar issue on here. Maybe my foundation is the only one doing this. I will be sending this one back and exchanging it. I like it enough to give them another shot.

We bought this about 3 months ago and it lives up to the expectations and has all the features. You can customize your tilt which is nice. The reason for the reduced stars is the bottom never completely lays flat, it always looks like middle is sagging.

The adjustable bed is really sturdy and its quiet.. I'm very happy with my purchase..
