I am very happy with my purchase for Member's Mark adjustable base. It has USB ports, which was not even mentioned on the add. It came much sooner than was scheduled. Everything works well, just as advertised. I can actually feel the massage features through my 10" memory foam mattress. I couldn't on some I tried in brick and mortar stores and their mattresses were 12".

This is one we have not used yet. It is in guest room. We also bought a split king for my husband and i. Wish we had not waited so long we love it. It is not a wall hugger one. Ower nightstands have a pull out tray. We are glad we did not buy a more expensive one. We are happy.

so far so good and by far the best price with a 10 year guarantee, at least that's what it said. Have only had it for a week. the massage has three settings and is rather loud. I love that the remote lights up when a button is pushed and the zero g i find relaxing before bed. I feel like it is a luxury that I didn't need, but it is better than a box spring that lifts your bed so high you can't get in. The best feature is that I can have my bed lower.

The adjustable frame was exciting because after recent back surgery I needed something to help me get in and out of bed without a lot of pressure on my back. Even with the extenders I am still below my bed frame and have to pull myself up over the edge. This is frustrating. I wish it was taller vs shorter. It also doesn’t adjust quite as explained. The head tilt doesn’t really tilt. There is very little movement there. The massage feature is nice but doesn’t stay running for the duration chosen. So that is also misleading.

Owning a Beautyrest adjustable base, I knew what features I was looking for when shopping for a base for my daughter. This had a great price, and trusted the reviews. Very happy with the features and quality! It works great, and highly recommend it!

It is AMAZING! The motor that adjusts the positions of the mattress is very smooth and quiet. The massage is a little noisy but it feels wonderful. I have severe back pain and the massage seems to help. No problem putting it together, although it is very heavy. I would recommend 2 people to move it.

Only had 2 weeks but good so far. Bought because has lot of features for low price. Like that i can program 2 positions and has batteries in case power goes out. Solidly built. No complaints so far and would recommend based on limited experience.

It was delivered by FedEx, the box was damage in some places upon delivery. The damages to the cardboard cause two ripped spots on the fabric and I received one damage leg. The manufacturer tape the box well, which is noticeable but FedEx handles the box with the platform bed inside rough. I call the manufacturer and Sam's. They were very helpful. They send another leg and offer to exchange the platform's base but I refuse. Customer service is great I made one phone call and my problem was resolve. My warranty will remain in place which is included in the price of the bed.The platform base has a built in massage for your head and feet, two USB ports on each side of the bed, wireless remote control. I love this bed. I wish I had it long time ago. I gave it a 5 star for the customer service after purchased and how great this bed is. I will never go back to the traditional bed. For what I paid it was a very good purchase. I could have paid twice as much and got a better quality, but I didn't want to pay that much. I love the zero gravity option and reading in bed is much easier now. The vibration is a little loud but for the price, I am very happy. I am enjoying my new adjustable very much.

I purchased this adjustable base for my 83 year old mother who lives with us who has had six back surgeries. She was totally against an adjustable bed telling me that they were ugly and too expensive. I ordered it anyway and she loves it! It was easy to set up, but you will need two people to lift it. Ours is a queen size. My daughter and I put it together and it went right into her bed frame. I even can use her grab bar at the top of the bed. She was using six pillows to support her head, legs and feet. Now she only needs one for her head. I love that with the touch of one button it will go back to the original bed position for me to get her out of bed. I wish we would have bought this years ago.
