Really smooth operation. I felt it was very easy to put together. Assembly manual is not that great. Walmart’s delivery very was terrible

Marcy and Logistics (shipping) personnel were responsive, very helpful and polite.

Professionally built equipment and engineered well.  Will highly recommend the MKM-81010 to family and friends. Weight covers were bent during shipment. Worked the dents out they functioned properly.

This is clearly not designed for American men to use. Climbing into the central work area, you squeeze around the swing arms and snug in between the backrest and the front pad. It really needs another couple inches. Don't stand up or you crack your head on the base of the swing arm with a metal plate extending below the functional area. If i had spent 2 days assembling this I would be loading it up and returning it now. The instructions refer to the parts by number, no description but a line drawing of the part. The only parts with numbers on them are the nuts and bolts on the 3 blister packs.

Not big enough for an American man

The machine is well made and heavy duty. Have used for several weeks with no issues. Very easy to switch between exercises. Assembly instructions are a little confusing and unclear, however, the online video is excellent and made assembly much easier. Suggestion: Keep track of and organize all parts, nuts, bolts, etc. before you start. 5-6 hour assembly.
