As others have mentioned this took a very long time to assemble. I watched the videos, I organized parts in order, and took my time with it. I did it all myself and it took about 10 hours total to assemble. The pictures in the instructions are just awful, but I got it. I did something wrong somewhere and it was really tight to pull at first, but there was a pop and something broke free and suddenly it's working well. Best guess is the cover to one of the pulley wheels was too tight or screwed in awkwardly and it was rubbing, but all good now. The chart that comes with it is also nearly useless. The pictures are just horrible, but it's pretty easy to figure out what you can do with it. You pull, you push, etc. I'll primarily use it for upper body workouts, so I think I'm going to be pretty happy with it. I'm not sure the leg workouts are as good. I tried a couple and it's a bit uncomfortable, but doable. I'm happy with the purchase.

The machine is well made and heavy duty. Have used for several weeks with no issues. Very easy to switch between exercises. Assembly instructions are a little confusing and unclear, however, the online video is excellent and made assembly much easier. Suggestion: Keep track of and organize all parts, nuts, bolts, etc. before you start. 5-6 hour assembly.

The workout guide comes as a large 2' x 2' poster that's easy to understand, making it great for both beginner and intermediate users. The only downside is the assembly instructions — they're confusing. You'll likely need to rely on step‑by‑step YouTube video. Assembly can be time‑consuming, and you need to stay organized, pay attention to detail, and use some problem‑solving skills. If you're not good at assembling things or lack patience, it's best to find someone who is. Overall, it's a solid machine for the price.

A wonderful piece of equipment! Everything arrived nicely packed. Nothing missing. There was only one part not working that well. But Marcy sent me a replacement. They replied within hours and I received the replacement in less than a week. Excellent service. I definitely will recommend this company and the system.

Came in 6 boxes. The first five came together, the 6th box came a few days later. The boxes were pretty tore up but nothing inside was damaged. I put it together myself. Takes several hours. Parts of the manual were confusing but you’ll get through it. If you don’t own a socket set, you should borrow one. I can’t imagine installing this with the tools provided. I’m happy with it now that it’s all together. Works as it should and looks great.

I'm used to high end equipment at my work gym, but for home, this will do. The cable jumps out of one pulley when doing curls. I may be able to correct it with a modification. Otherwise this set is fine after a week.

Terrible to assemble. Nothing is labeled, yet somehow has a part number. Everything is dirty and grimy (never cleaned before shipping). Putting together a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle alone would be easier than building this with 2-3 people. Anyway, I'm just upset at this point. As a piece of home gym equipment, it's just ok.

The machine is decent until it breaks. Getting cold out of the bar that adjust amount of weight in the stack. If you call the customer service number you only get a busy signal. I've only machine for approximately 6 months

Thought I could use it to warm up before hitting the real weights in my garage since I primarily workout in the mornings. Or maybe even do a routine on it from time to time just to mix it up a bit since this machine is inside a spare room in my house. I have weight stacks on the weight machines in my garage that I use a lot. Some have metal pulleys and another has plastic pulleys like this machine. This thing is so in smooth with such a horrible range of motion that I tried using it once and decided it was a really stupid decision to buy it. Now I've got to figure out how to get rid of it. Also hurt my shoulders while doing the chest press that took a couple weeks to heal. Definitely poor ergonomics compared all the other stuff I have from different brands. Wish I never would of bought and wasted the time building it.

This is a complex machine THAT I CAN'T USE OF YOU DON'T SEND ALL THE BOXES. All I have now is a giant pile of scrap iron that maybe I can get $100 for if I sell them for parts.
