The machine is well made and heavy duty. Have used for several weeks with no issues. Very easy to switch between exercises. Assembly instructions are a little confusing and unclear, however, the online video is excellent and made assembly much easier. Suggestion: Keep track of and organize all parts, nuts, bolts, etc. before you start. 5-6 hour assembly.

As others have mentioned this took a very long time to assemble. I watched the videos, I organized parts in order, and took my time with it. I did it all myself and it took about 10 hours total to assemble. The pictures in the instructions are just awful, but I got it. I did something wrong somewhere and it was really tight to pull at first, but there was a pop and something broke free and suddenly it's working well. Best guess is the cover to one of the pulley wheels was too tight or screwed in awkwardly and it was rubbing, but all good now. The chart that comes with it is also nearly useless. The pictures are just horrible, but it's pretty easy to figure out what you can do with it. You pull, you push, etc. I'll primarily use it for upper body workouts, so I think I'm going to be pretty happy with it. I'm not sure the leg workouts are as good. I tried a couple and it's a bit uncomfortable, but doable. I'm happy with the purchase.

The equipment is better than expected for a home gym. A well engineered machine. I found the official assembly video on YouTube. It takes you step by step for assembly only leaving out a few minor details. Gathering a few of my own preferred tools I was able to assemble in less than 4 hours ( including searching for lost tools). After assembly and a couple of adjustments I was excited to get started with my workout regimen.

The machine itself is great! Very sturdy, many options for exercises, overall great value for the price. On previous reviews there were a lot of complaints on the instructions. I can see how they can be confusing, but I took my time and had no issues. There were a couple of parts where having a second set of hands was helpful, but mostly did it by myself. Very satisfied. Shipping was another story. It arrived via freight shipping on time. There are 6 boxes total. I received two box 5 of 6's and no box 6 of 6. Box 4 of 6, 5 of 6 and 6 of 6 contained the weight plates. There was only one piece missing that was needed from box 6. Wal Mart couldn't do anything so they offered a partial refund. I worked through the manufacturer's website to request the missing part. I received the missing part about 10 days later. Other than the additional time waiting for the part, Wal Mart's and Marcy's customer service was awesome.

A wonderful piece of equipment! Everything arrived nicely packed. Nothing missing. There was only one part not working that well. But Marcy sent me a replacement. They replied within hours and I received the replacement in less than a week. Excellent service. I definitely will recommend this company and the system.

The home gym is very functional and is meeting my needs (as I write this it is during the midst of COVID and everyone is quarantined so I could go to the gym for weeks before). As others wrote, this is a bit tough to assemble and will take a long time. However it did come with all the parts and before the expected delivery date with everything in tact (comes in 6 boxes). Would have liked for the instructions to have been a bit more clear, there are only pictures and some are hard to fully interpret especially with all the small parts, screws etc (and the cables are especially tricky). One complaint is that the front of the cable on the leg extension consistently goes off the track and gets jammed up and I have to fix it. Not sure if that was my fault setting it up or a defect. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and would recommend, just know you’ll need to invest time to set it up.

Terrible to assemble. Nothing is labeled, yet somehow has a part number. Everything is dirty and grimy (never cleaned before shipping). Putting together a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle alone would be easier than building this with 2-3 people. Anyway, I’m just upset at this point. As a piece of home gym equipment, it’s just ok.

This is clearly not designed for American men to use. Climbing into the central work area, you squeeze around the swing arms and snug in between the backrest and the front pad. It really needs another couple inches. Don't stand up or you crack your head on the base of the swing arm with a metal plate extending below the functional area. If i had spent 2 days assembling this I would be loading it up and returning it now. The instructions refer to the parts by number, no description but a line drawing of the part. The only parts with numbers on them are the nuts and bolts on the 3 blister packs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hey guys this isn't like a sandwich where it's still okay if you forget the lettuce! This is a complex machine THAT I CAN'T USE OF YOU DON'T SEND ALL THE BOXES. All I have now is a giant pile of scrap iron that maybe I can get $100 for if I sell them for parts.

Thought I could use it to warm up before hitting the real weights in my garage since I primarily workout in the mornings. Or maybe even do a routine on it from time to time just to mix it up a bit since this machine is inside a spare room in my house. I have weight stacks on the weight machines in my garage that I use a lot. Some have metal pulleys and another has plastic pulleys like this machine. This thing is so in smooth with such a horrible range of motion that I tried using it once and decided it was a really stupid decision to buy it. Now I've got to figure out how to get rid of it. Also hurt my shoulders while doing the chest press that took a couple weeks to heal. Definitely poor ergonomics compared all the other stuff I have from different brands. Wish I never would of bought and wasted the time building it.
