The machine arrived early and no damage Took 2 1/2 hours to assemble, with water breaks. Took my time, laid out all parts and didn't try to think ahead No words on instructions, but pictures are easy to follow, page by page Works great. Quiet, smooth, and worth every penny

The unit itself is well made and durable. Fair warning: not one piece is even partially assembled so it takes quite some time to complete, and there are a LOT of pieces. The two facilities workers (who do this stuff daily) that I had assemble it took a total of about 15 hours over 3 days to complete. One washer was missing and the dowel for the leg lift is not the correct length. Should be 2-3/4" but is actually 3-5/8". Luckily I also have steel workers who could cut and rethread this piece for me. Unfortunately the home user would not have this luxury.

I am not sure yet, but l expect getting all the parts,accessories specifically the arm support pad which is not showing in the main picture of the unit,hope getting everything at once.

Sturdy construction. Takes a while to put together, but well worth it. It comes with a picture of exercises but there are many more that can be done that what is listed.

I have only had the machine about a week or two, and I am still becoming familiar with it. If needed, I would re-purchase this product and recommend it, especially for those that need more weight to workout with.

Machine is not as stable as I thought it should be. Unable to adjust for full range of motion. Missing parts. Very limited in exercises for full body workout.

This is just what I have been looking for. It is smooth and feels like the equipment in the gym. It is tall enough to get a full extension and the adjustable back is awesome!

I just finished building the gum equipment. The instructions are a little complicated all pictures, no words, no reading. Good thing there is a video which is perfectly detailed. The gym works and looks amazing.

high quality product. great for home use - can see my family getting lots of use out of this product. pully system is smooth with working out. Has pretty much everything we need.

The family and I are really enjoying the home gym and it has everything for us. Still fairly new to a home gym, but so far it has been great. The documentation for setup was a little rough, but the online video did help.
