I'd taken other brands before, but had to take 300-400mg to achieve almost them result as with 100 mg of Sunil. I now get NO muscle cramps! Had dual knee replacement, but not a single cramp, which as aided my healing.

I have a family history of heart disease so it is probably helpful to be proactive here as well. All around it is a good product for many things in the body.

My gums appear and feel less healthy for one. I don't notice any difference with and other supplement if I miss it/them.

I take CoQ10 every day along with a multi vitamin and cut out deep fried foods and caffeine and walk about 15to 30 minutes a day. My blood pressure averages 120/78. I hate taking medication so I opted to be healthy through eating better and moderate excersis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am on a statin drug, 65 yrs old and definitely notice a difference taking Qunol. The reason I said this is because when I ran out (didn't plan very well) and went without for a few days, I immediately noticed a drop in my energy level and didn't feel as good as when taking it. I do take more than the label dosage because of the statins and the fact I had a heart attack 11 years ago. I am also glad that it is both water and fat soluble so as to not have to worry about taking it with a meal. Thank you.

I had been experiencing tachycardia about twice a day since last summer (probably due to age and chronic stress), up until I started taking Qunol a week and a half ago, when I first learned about it. I am going to take the liquid form next. I look forward to experiencing all the benefits this product has to offer. This product is best in its class and it's affordable.
