I asked my cardiologist and she said go right ahead. From a traditional medical doctor, I take that to mean whatever research she is privy to, she thinks this could help. I wish we had more and better research but women, especially, are left to figure much of our health out on our own. I have recommended this to many and believe it's part of what I can do to improve my heart health.

Heart problems run in our family, and I have found a lot of peace in taking one of the leading forms of CoQ10 on the market on a daily basis, knowing that my body will absorb most of what it needs. I also take the Qunol Turmeric and other supplements that were recommended by my nutritional doctor.

Since I started taking this product my legs cramping at night has stopped, so I am getting a better nights rest, just bought my second bottle. Looking forward to other benefits of Qunol.

So I'm about halfway through the bottle and I have no problem with the product. What I would suggest is review the box design. It calls your attention to the box and three of the four side are very good ( exclude the top of the box and bottom) but what's missing or was hard for me was the ingredients side. Remove the pill size and use the extra space to increase the font, it is hard to read some stores lighting.

I seem to have more energy as well since taking it. Im also on simvastatin right now. Im told it helps people who are on statin drugs. Not sure how but im willing to try anything to help my health. My cardiologist has made me vegan , so hopefully between the Qunol and the dietary change, my health will improve.

I earned about Qunol from other people that had high cholesterol problems. My LDL was very high and above my HDL. After taken Qunol along with Lipitor for a long period of time my Cholesterol Cont to drop to new lows and my LDL went down significantly and my HDL went up higher than my LDL. After I found out a little about the depletion of this enzyme after age 40 I decided to give it a try. The first thing I noticed was the lowering of my cholesterol. After that, I noticed how much better I felt all around. I am 71 years old and I work out at "Just Move" three days a week at least doing cardio and weight training for an hour and a half each visit. My doctor has told me to keep doing whatever it is that I am doing because my bloodwork is very good for my age and it also keeps my blood pressure in the normal range which wasn't possible before.
