I very rarely get them now and when I do they are not nearly as severe as they used to be. I also feel better and have more energy since starting on Qunol Ultra Co Q 10.

After being told I had heart issues, I seen the commercial for Qunol CoQ10 Ultra. I was impressed by how it dissolves versus other brands. I have been taking CoQ10 for I believe 3 years now. It is a great product, and when I see my heart doctor, he says keep doing what you're doing.

I've used Ultra COQ10 for several years now. I take a fairly high dose of Lipitor (Atorvastatin) to combat my high cholesterol, and from what I understand, this statin depletes my natural COQ10 level. I take this along with Vitamin D to limit the side effects of the statin. So far, I have had no muscle aches like I had before using the Qunol. My Dr recommend that I use the Qunol Ultra CoQ10 in conjunction with the statins, for protection from statin side effects and also for heart health. I started the Qunol a week before I started the statins...and I've had zero statin side effects! I love that the Qunol is both water and fat soluble, as that gives me the choice of taking it whenever I want.

The bottle said not to take it without taking a C0-Q 10, There are so many to choose from!! I chose Qunol because of the brand recognition and the absorption rate. I wish that I could take it! I can't take statins or anything similar such as the red rice yeast or I would. After his next blood test, I will write another review.
