My physician recommended that I begin taking CoQ10 when I was in my 60's. I did some research on different brands and I chose Qunol for several reasons. I like the fact the softgels are easy to swallow and they are water soluble. I care about what vitamins and supplements I take, so the only CoQ10 I take is Qunol. I just bought another bottle today.

It has solved the extreme discomfort I began to have after about 6 years of nightly use of Statins that were prescribed by my physician. About 6 years ago I began to have daily pain in my muscles.
