If I ever run out, I can tell in just a day or two, because my symptoms will come back. This is an awesome product that I would recommend to anyone. And there are no side effects. I don't take any medications whatsoever.

When I run out I switch between them and Ubiquinol; if they don't have the one I buy the other. I live in a subtropical climate and am happy to say the capsules have never stuck together in the bottle. And finally, I was skeptical at first but am so glad that these are so easy to swallow!

I had great improvement in the muscle aches and I was able to continue with the statin treatment. Then on time, I ran out of my Ultra CoQ10 due to my busy life. I did not get a chance for a week o get it. Within about a week, my muscle ache returned. So I immediately got Ultra CoQ10. Within a few days,​ my muscle aches were barely noticeable.

Started taking Qunol. Had it checked again in 6 months (and every year after) and my levels have been great (actually well above the "normal" range which was my goal).
