I purchase it because it is so easily absorbed and because of its beneficial effect for heart and other health. My dad didn't get to use it long term since it wasn't well known so many years before 1991 when he died of a heart attack. So far I've outlived my dad as far as longevity is concerned, and am trusting that Qunol will help me continue on.

I've done a little research and have added a few supplements, coQ10 being one of them. Only have been taking for 4 days so far so only time will tell if they'll work. I certainly know adding a Super B Complex & 2000iu of vitamin D has so far made me feel better but I'm still not where I want to be. I'm rating this product at a 3 only because I don't know if it works for me yet.
