And then, it disapoeared so.... time to try the capsules. Lo and behold, so easy to swallow and that is saying something for me. I also read, I need to supplement CoQ10 because the statins deplete it. I also learned that taking the Qunol form of CoQ10 will give seniors better absorption. So I have been taking this product. I do not feel any different, but I do get less cramps. Believe me you do not want any cramps on the wee hours of the morning!
