[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the product daily as recommended by our doctor. Occasionally we have let it run out and I can physically tell when I didn't take it. Without it I'm less energetic and will likely take a nap in the evening whereas if I've taken it I keep going. It has often been an after the fact recognition that I took a nap and then realized I had not take the Co Q-10 today. It's a wonderful product and wouldn't think about doing without it. I have recommended this product many times to friends when I've told them how much better it makes me feel.
