It has been suggested to me that Qunol would be quite beneficial to me and I am someone who cares about my health. Take it each night with my night meds and a glass of water. A good nights sleep and great absorption of the CoQ10. thus ordered on a regular basis on our as needed to restock.

I can take it before I eat, does not upset my stomach. I will continue with this product. I just opened my 2nd bottle. I am very satisfied.

'm not sure that it has made any difference. But the box says it promotes healthy blood pressure levels and I've never had blood pressure issues until recently....so I wonder about that. I plan to keep taking the daily dose for a couple more months [I just started a couple of months ago] and perhaps will have more to report later. Hopefully!

my husband and I both take qunol and feel better than we did when we were teens.He was taking meds for hypertension but he don't now. We have taken this product for about 3 years and thats how long he's been off meds for high blood pressure. Every time he go to the doctor his pressure is in the normal range. I myself was border line high blood pressure but not anymore. We religiously take qunol CoQ10 every day and consider it a miracle and a wonder for great health.THANK YOU ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been on statin drugs for over 11 years now (that's when I had my heart attack at age 54) and have read reviews and articles on what statin drugs can do to you including depleting your natural CoQ10. I started taking CoQ10 supplements, trying various brands, until I read about Qunol and how it is water soluble. I decided to try it and have been taking it ever since. I actually doubled the dose due to being on statins (200 mg/day). I know it works because I ran out, forgetting to replenish my supply, and went a number of days without. Boy, did I feel a difference in my energy level. As soon as I started taking Qunol again, I started to feel a little better and got my energy back. I would recommend this supplement to anyone who is on statins or just getting older as your CoQ10 is also affected as you age. Thanks Qunol for a quality product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with this product. No rollercoaster ride of up and then down as with coffee. It's more subtle; a few days after I began taking this, I noticed I was no longer getting that late afternoon fatigue so typical of my normal day. I also noticed I was staying awake, and alert, much later into the evening while still arising the same time in the morning. Less sleep, but still feeling well rested. The only thing I don't understand, or like, is the large amount of synthetic vitamin E in the capsules. That is the only thing that will make me reconsider buying this brand again when I run out.
