When I told my cardiologist about my daily routine, he said there are no facts to back up the claims that CoQ10 has positive effects. So, I stopped. My BP went up about 10 - 15 points, both systolic and diastolic. I restarted my daily routine of taking Qunol and my BP has returned to almost perfect numbers (120/70, or lower).
