So far, no complaints. My only issue is the size of the capsule. I'd rather take 2 small ones than just 1 huge one, but I'm dealing.

Lots of choices out there that can get fairly expensive at as the size of the dosage increases. Hard to know in the supplement space what works and what doesn't...but increased absorption efficiency from a smaller dose makes sense to me from a price to value perspective.

I've used Ultra COQ10 for several years now. I take a fairly high dose of Lipitor (Atorvastatin) to combat my high cholesterol, and from what I understand, this statin depletes my natural COQ10 level. I take this along with Vitamin D to limit the side effects of the statin. So far, I have had no muscle aches like I had before using the Qunol. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a chemo patient--and some of the drugs used can be harmful to the heart...my mother's doctor prescribed coQ10 for her when she was a chemo patient (breast cancer and the chemical is the same thing she was given). I like this because the dosage is not really high. Too much of a good thing is not a good thing. The right amount of a thing can make all the difference. I would have chosen a Nature Made version (because they are USP certified) but their dosage was twice as much. The cost was also higher but I felt that was probably relational to the dosages. I will chose this product again in the absence any qualifying information. (thumbs up)
