Just one softgel in the morning and I am wide awake and alert all day even when I didn't sleep well the night before. I recommend it to all my friends especially if they work in a job where they drug test because this is not a drug but something the body and nature makes itself. COQ10 also helps to lessen the side effects of statin drugs, is good for heart health and is also an antioxidant. Well worth the cost of the product!

I was fortunate to discovered Robotic Surgery. I'm not a big fan of medicine; but I had no alternative but to take a Statin. However, one of the side effects was leg muscle pain. I would wake up in the middle of the night in bed, screaming from the pain. Also, when I walked I would get some pain. I read an article about CQ10 and my cardiologist also recommended this supplement. It works so well. I don't get pain in the legs anymore while lying in bed trying to sleep. The result was I went to a cardiologist and after an initial evaluation he suggested that I go to the hospital for a deeper evaluation. I did so. When I came out I was told I was not going home but to have in the next day or so a triple by-pass. The surgery went fine. It saved my life. Afterwards I inquired in addition to several heart medicines what else I could take. The suggestion included CoQ10 in the water soluble form. Even though I exercise regularly, I want to have a strong healthy heart. The pill is easy to swallow and does not leave an after taste like fish oil. In addition, I only have to take one pill a day instead of fish oil twice a day.
