Now I find it hard to gauge the efficacy of Qunol CoQ10 except to say that at 72 I have never had any heart problems whatsoever. I am not a health nut, more like a health not. My wife, who died last year, was. She was, and I guess still is, my nutritionist. Mostly to keep her happy, I took whatever she "prescribed". Mostly she gave me immune system and preventative products, of which Qunol was included. Because she was incapacitated by her health challenges, I took over all the ordering and when she left me in July 2017, I just kept right on ordering. At 72 I am healthy. Thanks to the Lord, who gave me my beautiful wife, I don't get sick anymore, Not like when I was younger. I think that your products have contributed to this state. I have used both Ultra and Mega CoQ10. Because I have no way to measure what contribution that they make, I decided that I like the Utra better. Both were easy to swallow, but the Mega has a much stronger smell than the Ultra CoQ10, (which I covered with the Apple Cider Vinegar capsules). The Mega capsules tend to clump together in the bottle also. So using this subjective criteria I have made a decision tol stick with the Ultra CoQ10. It is a little more affordable too. I have been taking Qunol CoQ10 for over 2 years after I found that my statin RX that I was taking to reduce my high cholesterol was causing muscle fatigue and deterioration. I would experience muscle ache and mild pain after being on my statin for 3-4 months so, I tried Qunol CoQ10 and within a month the muscle ache and mild pain went away and has not returned.

Now I really don't know how to verify if it is doing what its suppose to do, but my blood chemistry samples have been very good.
