There's no bad taste, or fishy taste, and its already dropped my very high triglycerides down to being a little high, in a month. Prescriptions couldn't even do that! First l found they use the best form of CoQ10 as Qunol ( Ubiqinone) which as they state on the label the "gold standard in CoQ10." Then l learned it's the "number one" form of CoQ10 recommended by cardiologists. As to quality which l always investigate l know they use USP which is the highest standard of purity and efficacy. In researching absorption which is absolutely vital l found they developed an absorption 'matrix' as l call it so it's much better assimilated than other brands! I note also they add vitamin E which enhances the activity and efficacy of their product. As to results my energy levels have increased. I go upstairs even carrying things much more easily as my endurance and strength have been more evident.; and my breathing is less labored. I will continue to use Qunol!

Since taking the Qunol, my blood pressure has been much steadier. Before, my pressure would rise and fall frequently but mostly stay slightly high. I my opinion, although I don't know for sure, the Qunol has helped to keep it in a normal range. Thanks Qunol.

My husband has high cholesterol and takes statins so I got it mostly for him, but discovered the benefits of it from my research and took it myself also. He has had none of the 'expected' pains from the statins, and even when he wasn't taking them on a regular basis, his cholesterol was down and I believe it is from the Coq10, mine is down and I certainly don't take statins.
