I am a 71 year old senior with a cardiac stent, so naturally I'm on a statin drug for my cholesterol. After first hearing about & researching the need for CoQ10 following my stent, I began taking Qunol Ultra CoQ10, and have been for the past ten years. No complaints other than the size is somewhat difficult to swallow.

After taking Qunol for several months BP begin to drop so I reduced Meds to half and eventually full stop. Now to be truthful I did loose 20 pounds of body weight during this time so not sure how much COq10 contributed but I'm surely still taking it every day.

I did my homework and chose Qunol Ultra CoQ10 because of the better absorption, being both water and fat soluble, unlike regular CoQ10 products. My medical provider agreed. I also like the fact that it is gluten and sugar free, free of milk by products, fish and shellfish by products, and wheat and peanut by products. I told my doctor when I started Qunol and he was very much for it. I have since moved and started seeing a new internal medicine doctor who whole heartedly approves of Qunol. Maybe you can't "SEE" the effects, but I truly believe that in the long run, there are vast benefits resulting from daily Qunol dosing.

It really helps my feet and leg cramps from cholesterol lowering meds (statins).. I really notice the difference if I don't take it. AND it's just plain good for you.

My wife was away caring for sick parents and I was working and taking care of our two young children, each day begging them not to tell Mom how bad I looked. Then someone at my office recommended CoQ10. I bought a small bottle of generic grocery chain CoQ10 and then told them I saw no difference. They brought me a handful of Qunol. I have never bought anything else and take it daily without fail.
