The other brands we have used required us to take 2-3 per day and they were very big in size. Your product absorbs better and we only have to take 1 a day. I did my homework and chose Qunol Ultra CoQ10 because of the better absorption, being both water and fat soluble, unlike regular CoQ10 products. My medical provider agreed. I also like the fact that it is gluten and sugar free, free of milk by products, fish and shellfish by products, and wheat and peanut by products. Called a "mito cocktail" with the 3x absorption I am finally able to afford this! They each take 600 mg a day. There has been no issues with upset stomach.
