This seems to be working for me although it is never sure with any form of supplements. When I eat I also try to keep things close to keto, so the fat soluble capability also made sense.

Pricey unfortunately, so can't afford to get it all the time, but when there's a sale I use it regularly and makes a difference.

My medical problems have stabilized and I feel great at age 72. I'm not sure if Qunol helped but I seems to be well-tolerated and I plan to continue taking it ...... forever!
