[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i take one pill every morning as a supplement to my use of of statin to control cholesterol. im not sure exactly how it works, i just know that if i stop for a month or so, i can tell. i just generally feel better taking it every day.

After I experienced a stroke last July, I was put on a statin drug to lower my cholesterol and triglycerides. It has helped me to maintain low blood pressure. I haven't had any side effects from this.

It's also easier to transport pills when we travel. We have tried other brands but they are not consistently good (sometimes, all stuck together). If you're going to invest in your health, it's a good idea to buy the best brand.
