My doctor told me to start taking it when my cholesterol was a little high. and after taking it faithfully every day along with Krill Oil, and my cholesterol is great! My older son was just told that his cholesterol is high, so I have already told him to go buy CoQ10 and be sure it's the Qunol brand.
