So I decided I should be taking it. Have had zero side effects from it, it is easy to swallow and I feel well worth the $. Have put my husband on it now because he was recently put on a statin drug. My GP is in favor of it also.

I have found it easy to stay on a regimin and very seldom miss taking. At 77 I remain active as a hiker/walker and doing yard work. It is difficult to say how much each medication and supplement contributes, but Qunol CoQ10 is part of the set that has worked well for me.

According to my doctor and my bloodwork it has been very effective in helping to lower my blood pressure. I take red yeast rice and found that I needed to take CoQ10 and so far have not had to go on statin drugs. It is a wonderful product and is bioavailable. Since I have had so much success with it, I am going to begin taking your turmeric product as well.
