I even talked my doctor into trying it. I hope to continue to take this product for many years, as I'm in my late seventies now, so that I can have a healthier life and add to my lifespan.

You don't always have a distinct awareness when taking a supplement. My only issue with the product is the size of the pill. I am on older adult and this pill is very large. I would be happier with a smaller pill.

I began taking it to avoid going off my cholesterol meds every few months due to body aches. I no longer ache from the meds and I believe it is truly due to adding Qunol Co Q10. I have now included it into my husbands meds for the same issues.

I seem to have more energy as well since taking it. Im also on simvastatin right now. Im told it helps people who are on statin drugs. Not sure how but im willing to try anything to help my health. My cardiologist has made me vegan , so hopefully between the Qunol and the dietary change, my health will improve.
