Around day 8 or 9 I got home from a good bike ride (round 40 miles). A few hours later I noticed I wasnt sore or hurting like I normally did. After about 2 or 3 weeks I was basically pain free!

I consulted with my MD who advised me if I was going to cut back do not eliminate the CoQ10 or Fish Oil. At 61 years old the MD says I have the lab results of a healthy 16 year old. I continue to eat right, ride my trike regularly and take my supplements to stay healthy.

The best thing about this product is that you only need one 100mg ultra CoQ10 softgel that equals to 300mg of regular CoQ10. Saving is always good! The only thing I would change if possible would be making the softgel smaller.
