I saw the ads for this product more than a year ago, and decided to give it a try. I read the comparisons of CoQ10 - especially the difference between Ubiquinol and Ubiquinone. Well, Qunol met the standards of absorption I was looking for. I am very satisfied and pleased with Qunol, and have been using it for more than a year now. I must tell you that I was headed out of town, and had run out of my Qunol, so I purchased a "sale" ubiquinol...no comparison, and I could really feel the difference. NEVER AGAIN!...Thanks, Qunol!!!

He says that it helps protect the heart. Actually, he takes the Qunol himself, so that is good enough for me.

CoQ10 is important for heart health and I take it on a daily basis usually in the am. It does not upset my stomach and has no after taste. Some I have tried previously were upsetting when taken with other meds/suppliments or when downing with my morning coffee.
