[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to take. I sometimes struggle with larger pills, but these gelcap are very easy to swallow. It will be some time before I come back with another review as I just started these, but intend to have another blood test in a few months to determine if these, with some other supplements, are a viable option for me to get off the long-term statins.

Years later, a cardiologist recommended taking CoQ10 because of using statin drugs. So I started using Qunol around 2010 daily, and have good blood chemistry numbers. My PCP, and cardiologist don't went me to change anything. They are pleased with the current blood chemistry. Honestly, I really don't know if my blood chemistry is because of taking supplements, eating habits, life style, or a combination of them all. If the doctors are pleased, then I must be doing something right. I'm sticking with Qunol.

I have been taking this product for about 5 years. It was not recommended to me, but I surely have recommended it to many of my friends who are now also taking it. I was suffering with leg cramps for a long time and they were very painful let alone annoying. Of course I googled "cramps" and co-Q10 came up as an answer. I've done a little research and have added a few supplements, coQ10 being one of them. Only have been taking for 4 days so far so only time will tell if they'll work. I certainly know adding a Super B Complex & 2000iu of vitamin D has so far made me feel better but I'm still not where I want to be. I'm rating this product at a 3 only because I don't know if it works for me yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Qunol is definitely a great product. I started using it when I had multiple consistent high blood pressure results. I also had begun having heart palpitations. I take 1 tablet after breakfast and 2 tablets in the evening after dinner. I had a friend who recommended a CoQ10 supplement. I spoke with my doctor who checked my natural level. It was very low, almost too low to show up in the test. My doctor recommended a CoQ10 supplement along with a quality Omega 3 supplement and increased exercise. I did all three for 6 months before going back. My level had raised to 9.84 Micro/ml. My blood pressure for the past 3 years has consistently been normal with consistently normal EKG results. I know my increased exercise also is very important but believe all 3 have made a huge difference.
