I've been on it for a couple of weeks and haven't noticed anything so far....but I'm in it for my health. I got an email solicitation of another source of COQ10....M something that's made from fermented yeast.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since my doctor recommended that I use CoQ10 with my medications, my bloodwork tests have shown great results. No change in exercising, no increase in medications, but my doctor says "keep doing evrything I am now because all my rest numbers are great!" They only thing different is taking CoQ10 Qunol each day with my meds. It truly helps with the absorption of my RX meds.

I take it for energy and along with a good diet/ weight management on my end, it helps me. At 63 I see some folks in my age or less, tired and run down--just no energy from their every day movement. I've tried to let them know that as one ages, the body is not as efficient: I feel that tiredness too. I let them know what I use to keep me going and the Qunol CoQ10 helps me a lot. No, It's not a cure all and I don't want that to come across as such. I don't know about heart benefit but if it helps, unknowing to me, the better. Try the product and see if you have a little more energy than you might current have. Note; I take 4 tabs a day and there are no side effect: I spread them through out the day and no food needed--no upset stomach but everyone is different. Note 2: The body normally produces this but as one ages, its production is reduced in the body cells. Note 3: I take 80mg statin each day.

It really works for muscle pain that the can come from taking cholesterol medicines. My husband had 5 by pass heart surgery and has been taking it for 6 years. Great for heart health!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i've been taking Qunol CoQ10 for several years to aid in cardio vascular health. Anyone taking a statin should definitely take CoQ10. Statins while helpful do have adverse effects on the heart's enzymes. My vascular health has remained good with good cholestrol levels and blood pressure and flow.
