I am 87 and she is 81 and as a result of our regimen, at the gym four days a week lifting weights and doing our daily two mile jaunt around the indoor track, we are beautifully healthy. A very large part of our regimen is maintaining a healthy diet, we are vegetarians, and this includes our daily use of Qunol along with other vitamin products.
