[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I new nothing about CoQ10 prior to my heart attack. It recommended to me by my cardiologist during recover process. That happened in 2009. I have been taking Qunol CoQ10 ever since. I was an avid bike rider and runner for many years and am back to bike riding. I turn 70 in November of this year and feel better than ever. I have spread the word about Qunol and a few have let me know they are taking it with the same results.

We went immediately and bought some, then some weeks later I saw your television commercial that showed some brands are not water soluble and actually just sit on top of the water. I tested ours and sure enough it just sat there, bought Qunol, did the same test and it actually disolved quickly. We try not to ever buy supplements that are not water soluble, we will continue to purchase and use Qunol COQ10 daily. Thanks for the comparison, otherwise we would never have known.

I do like that it's like a gel cap and very easy to swallow. We'll see this time next year how my cholesterol looks!!!

I asked my cardiologist and she said go right ahead. From a traditional medical doctor, I take that to mean whatever research she is privy to, she thinks this could help. I wish we had more and better research but women, especially, are left to figure much of our health out on our own. I have recommended this to many and believe it's part of what I can do to improve my heart health.

I and a family member have used the Qunol brand of CoQ10 for several years. It's great and affordable and available locally. We take it daily and more frequently if going through a health issue or in extra stressful times. We've taken other brands and they just seem to do nothing. This one is great.

I choose this product four months ago because it is 100 percent water and fat soluble , which is what one would look for to get the maximum absorption benefit from this type of product. Extra benefit is that I found that the capsule is very easy to swallow.
