I won't know if it works until my next blood test which will be in about a month The pills don't smell, and that's a huge plus. I have a problem taking pills of any kind. I would give a 5 star rating but geez, these things are huge! Like I said, I have problems swallowing any pills, and these are like horse pills. If you could make them smaller, that would be a huge, HUGE plus! I don't like the liquid medicine either, so that's not going to work, and gummies are just plain silly.

Also 3x better absorption definitely a plus! Although the softgels - another plus - are larger than similar products, I personally have little problem swallowing them.

I've been taking it for the last 5 years. I take two a day since I have several health problems and take several different medicines. I take it just like my prescribed meds... always at the same time each day. I'm sure I'll take this for the rest of my life!
