Cardiologist has recommended at least 200 mg a day. This product gives us that plus 100 mg more. So essential for our heart, brain, and aging health. Qunol is gentle on my stomach, unlike other products. Thank you for giving us a product in high quality that I can purchase at my pharmacy, instead of having to use the mail order .
