This is the fifth year in a row that I'm consuming this CoQ10 and I don't have any scientific way to probe the effect of this product, but I'm sure it reinforce the interchange of oxygen at a cellular level. Since I started, I feel my energy always high and at the same level all day. I tried to stop taking it twice thinking maybe it was not working at all and could save some money. Wrong!!! I pay constantly an special and permanent attention to check how my body's function are doing and how I feel, 24/7. So I can feel any change in my body and health, even the littlest ones and I was filling an smooth decline of my energy with every day without this product. After restarting again taking it, in few days my body was feeling Ok again. I learned the lesson well and since then, it is always a loyal companion of the medicines I have take every day. I forgot to tell you I'm almost 70 years old and I can swim an Olympic size lane in a pool going one way and comeback with only one breath in my lungs. I've been told this is a hidden source of monosodium glutamate which I am trying to remove from my diet. Should I be concerned??
