In fact when tested my doctor states my numbers have come down, I think its the CoQ10, in fact my eye doctor told me its good for the eyes. I am not a health nut, probably have a poor diet, but am healthy as a horse with blood pressure in the controllable area. I'm 72, still work 30 hours a week and it is hard, physical labor. I depend on my Qunol to keep me heart healthy. If it works, and I BELIEVE it works, that is all that counts. A massively worth while product.
