Read the label again 1 capsule equal 300mg of the regular CoQ10 like the ones in your hospital pharmacy. On top of that I have being taking Qunol for 3 years before my doctor new about CoQ10 and statin drugs. I'm the one that told him about CoQ10 and statin drugs, Wow. Down side wish the capsule was smaller.

To make a story short, after a stress test I was rushed to cardiac catch were they dismissed me with two occlusions. One was 99% occluded. I came out with a stent! I had always been in great health, but had high cholesterol which was controlled , ate reasonably well and went to the physician yearly. I took another brand of CoQ10 . I didn't pay attention to differences in these over the counter products. i should have . I wasted my money for years...
