I have used this oil to fry and in a cake.   I was happy with my results.  Affordable product.

Oil is great but beware, packaging is bad.  Sams changed to a very very thin plastic which cracks easily compared to old packaging.  I have had one of these bottles crack already with normal use and find them hard to hold on tow since they do not hold their shape while pouring.
