The volume in the container could be bigger. However, oil smells fresh and does not leave a bad taste after cooking. Un-like some cooking oils in the grocery stores.

Oil is great but beware, packaging is bad. Sams changed to a very very thin plastic which cracks easily compared to old packaging. I have had one of these bottles crack already with normal use and find them hard to hold on tow since they do not hold their shape while pouring.
