I use this product sparingly for cooking and also for baking. I like the light taste, I don't want it to take over my dishes.

I bought this only because it was cheaper and I thought oil is oil. I found out oil is not oil! This oil proved to burn easily and my food was ver very greasy. I have learned oil is not just oil and all oil is not the same!

I've been purchasing this oil for over 6 years and remember when it was $7.98 for two. It's still the same quality but of course the price has almost doubled do to the economy. I still purchase because despite that it's still a great deal.
