Purchased this composter 3 years ago. Several metal parts (hinges, bands, pins) have been or will soon need to be replaced due to breakage or rusting.

I bought this about 2 years ago. some of the hinges and parts inside have rusted, but they have sent me new parts and i am thrilled. Not many things you buy make it so easy to solve simple problems. super thankful

I was AMAZED at the quality and the Richness of the end product! Its really easy to use and is very well made (Lifetime!)...We now have an edless supply of Garden Compost...Wonderful Product.

We bought this composter from Costco sometime ago since we didn't have much luck with one we'd purchased previously. We thought this would be ideal having the 2 tumblers to spin,making the breakdown of materials so much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] EXTREMELY difficult to assemble, HORRIBLE instructions. Once assembled it lasted a few years, now the latch on one door is totally stuck. There is no way to open it!

We have a dual composter bin with a rusted hinge that broke when trying to open the lid. Very promplty, Lifetime, sent new hinges under warranty. So nice to do business with a company that stands behind their product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you leaving this under sun and rain you need to use some Rust-Oleum to prevent rusting on metal parts. They have sent me some new parts after they rusted in the harsh environment south Texas.

Great customer service, the hinges broke off and the door open mechanism was damaged during the mulching cycle, replacement parts was forwarded to me at no cost, thanks Jonathan
