[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the composter several years ago. Some parts have worn out (hinges) and were promptly replaced no questions asked.

I lost some parts for my composter and contacted the company to get replacements. The person that I dealt with was extremely helpful, and arranged to have the parts sent to me. I was more than satisfied with the way the situation was handled.

The Dual Compost Tumbler is awesome. Customer support is great! The hinges on the lid rusted Lifetime replaced for free, no hassle! I would definitely recommend this product!

The hinge failed on our Composter. We contacted the company and they were very expeditious in satisfying the warranty at no cost to us. This was handled with complete professionally and courtesy for which we are thankful.

I needed a part for my composter that I purchased in 2012. I had to wait a while to speak with someone but once we connected he was very helpful and the parts arrived promptly. I am a happy customer!

Like everything about the composter, just wish that there were wheels on it, to make it easier to move because I am 65 and have a hard time moving it to where I need it to be positioned.

This took me 3-4 hours to put together - I was at a slow pace on a hot summer day.  The instructions were easy to follow.  Per other reviews, I did assemble the base on site of its final home.  I can see how moving it would be difficult.  I have noticed some rust appearing on one end at the aeration bar so will need to contact Customer Service.  I'm a SWF who enjoys small scale gardening and do-it yourself project.  I thoroughly enjoyed assembling this product and recommend it!
