I have struggled for years with a string edger and another edger similar to the Worx but with an inferior design and inferior blade. With the Worx I have found what I need and my lawn already looks nicer. It is fantastic these days to find machinery that functions as it should.

I was not too sure about the electric edger with the blade in the soil here in Tennessee being half sand and half clay but after using it to edge about 250 feet of driveway and walks I am extremely impressed by the power and features of this unit. I have always wanted an edger with an edge guide and am happy with the one that is provided. A straight edge is what we hope for and after just a little practice this unit is consistently adequate to the task and does not stall. My grass and soil had built up to the point where I just knew it was going to be a challenge. No problem! It went right through cutting the grass and digging a new groove like the best gas powered units I have wrestled with over many years. There is no worry about the ethanol gumming up the engine and you don't have to pour oil and gas into a thimble to get ready to work - just plug it in and goooooo! Love it, recommend it and will never go back to fossil fueled tools.

Since it is December in northern Ohio and the weather is in the 40's thru high 60's, I have only used it once and the results were fantastic. It blew away the edger I have been using for a few years. I am so glad I bought this product. It is well worth the money. Looking forward to Spring.

So far I love this Edger. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. I love the steadiness it offers as you propel it. I was able to get back the clean lines in my landscape! I am an older woman and do all the hard work myself, I was not able to manage and maneuver the gas powered edger we have. This device allows me to edge with ease. It is lightweight and I love that I do not have to worry about filling it with gas.

Does a great job edging my driveway. Makes a nice straight line. A little bit of a learning curve. So glad this is electric, not battery powered. We have many WORX battery powered yard tools. Although they work great, the batteries have to be changed frequently. Just a couple of long, heavy duty extension cords and I was able to do a long driveway, front and back sidewalks. Recommend highly.

WORX is an excellent brand. This edger is extremely easy to use, except for a few kickbacks, at the start; however, once one learns how to use it properly, it is a breeze. Clear instructions and clean straight lines makes this another wonderful WORX product.

I hate it. Very hard to use. The wheel is not a good guide. The blade is rectangle and therefore does not spin well. I chip the edges of your pavement in the blink of an eye, so you cannot go close to the edge which means that you cannot edge your grass good. And what I don't understand with it is, how it chips your driveway concrete or the sidewalk concrete so quickly with sparks flying, (so be careful), but when it comes to a thick patch of grass it struggles like dickens to cut it or go through it.

I bought this edger to replace one that I have had for many years and could no longer get the blade replaced. I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the adjustable handle. It seemed to cut a wider edge which gives a better look along the sidewalk and drive. The construction is very sturdy and seems like it will last for many years to come.

I ordered my lawn edger about a month ago. It's amazingly easy to use and does a terrific job. I couldn't even find the edges of my sidewalks and curbs. Now everything is clean and neat and there's much more room on the walks. My only disappointment is that it's not battery operated, but requires an extension cord.

Used it for the first time today and I was very pleased. Assembly was easy. It feels like it's better quality than the comparable Black and Deck which I'd had for several years until it conked out a couple of months ago. I'll know better after a few uses to see if the blade continues to cut as well. It cut through my St. Augustine runners easily today, which were a challenge for the B
