I just unboxed it and the fit and finish on it is great. I have owned other generators but this looks to be the best quality. I have not used it due to no power loss but this looks to be exactly what I need. Came with everything except the fuel to get it going.

When we purchased we knew it was a great brand, it was everything we needed & more. Easy to start , runs quiet & sad o easy to move around with wheels & handle. I'd highly recommend this unit to anyone. We live in Florida & hurricanes are so possible.

I just received this generator to be able to provide backup power to our house. The generator was packaged well. It was easy to put together and once I added the oil (included) and gasoline it fired right up. I can't comment on longevity or power yet. So far everything is good.

I recently purchased this generator and got it set up today. The directions were excellent and I got it running within 30 minutes from opening the box. I hooked it up to propane and it started up immediately and ran for 20 minutes without a hitch. Seems like an excellent product and I look forward to using it more as needed.

This generator will be an amazing addition to our arsenal of hurricane preparedness goods. Having the 50 amp plug and being tranfer switch ready, we can have it power nearly everything in our house. It uses less fuel than any other generator it's size as far as my research tells me. It's not too difficult to move around and the display is very simple to read. I worry less about power outages with this beast waiting in my garage to keep things powered!

I was looking for a large generator that would run on at least two fuels, preferably tri-fuel as we have NG at our house. Westinghouse has the best deal with the best features on a generator in the size we are looking for. Setup was easy and the unit started up flawlessly. Couldn't be happier!

I purchased this generator to be able to run critical circuits in my house during a power outage. I checked around and decided on the Westinghouseb9500TF. The operation is simple and I love the electric start. My bdays of yanking on starter cords is over. Great product.

I bought this generator a month ago to prepare for hurricane season in the south. This unit is so powerful and it has so many cool features. The remote start is awesome and having a battery tender is a great addition. I have this unit hooked to my house via a 50 amp inlet and a manual transfer switch. This setup is the closest and most cost effective way of controlling my home during a power outage. I am super happy about this purchase.

Easily assembled, great owners manual, and the remote start is cool but not needed. Replaced a 11 year old Rigid generator with this one which was rated #1 on multiple sites. Haven't ran my house off of it yet but hope it stands up to the ratings!!!!

Easy to install feet & wheels. Starts easily with push button, remote, or pull starter. I am 1 hour into the break in process so far. Not too loud. The manual says to turn the ECO mode switch off before starting and talks about the advantages of the ECO mode; but there is no ECO mode switch on my generator.
